Community Groups

WHY JOIN A CG?
Scripture teaches that spiritual growth happens not only through learning, but also through fellowship with God’s family. Community Groups (CGs) are one of the primary ways CCC members and visitors can experience this fellowship more personally and meaningfully, while growing in a deeper sense of belonging within the church community.

WHAT WE DO IN CG
A typical CG gathering lasts about two hours. While each group may differ slightly in style or tradition, every CG generally includes:

  • a time of catching up and fellowship,

  • reflection on the sermon,

  • prayer together.

For weekly CGs, we usually set aside one week each month as a “free week.” During these weeks, CG leaders may organize activities outside the regular format—such as prayer gatherings, sports outings, or food crawls—or simply encourage members to connect more organically throughout the week.

WHERE WE MEET
We currently have 19 CGs that meet across various locations, schedules, and frequencies (see map above). If none of the listed locations are convenient for you, you are also welcome to join our online CG, which meets weekly on Thursday evenings.
Our CGs are organized geographically rather than demographically, which means each group includes people from different backgrounds and seasons of life. We encourage you to join the CG closest to your home or workplace, as the best CG is often the one you can attend most consistently.
