Funeral Service
We grieve with you. In the loss of someone dear, CCC walks alongside you and your family — in prayer, in the Word, and in the practicalities of saying goodbye well.
If you would like CCC to conduct a funeral service for an immediate family member, please read the information below.
WHO IS THIS FOR?
Whether you are a CCC member who has experienced a loss, or your loved one who passed away was part of our congregation, we are here for you. This service covers immediate family: parents, spouse, siblings, and children. For other situations, please contact us directly, and we'll do our best to support you.
WHAT WE OFFER
A funeral service officiated by a CCC Elder, following CCC liturgy
Up to 2 services (e.g. Funeral Wake Service and/or Encoffining, Departure, or Graveside Service)
Music team accompaniment
An usher volunteer to assist with logistics on the day
A condolence gift from the church
Post-funeral care, if inquired
HOW TO REQUEST
Fill out the Funeral Arrangement Form — [link here]. The form takes only a few minutes. Please submit as soon as possible so we can confirm availability.
We will respond within 1–2 hours via email or WhatsApp to confirm next steps.
A planning meeting will be arranged with the officiating Elder to discuss the service details and liturgy.
The service will be conducted by a CCC Elder, music team, and usher volunteer.
A FEW THINGS TO KNOW
CCC provides a standard songbook for use during the service (to be returned after use). If you'd like a personalized booklet, we can provide the draft for you to print.
CCC can only recommend food and beverage vendors — we are unable to arrange catering directly.
